Meta has a severe warning for employees not coming to offices

Meta, the company formerly known as Facebook, has issued a warning to employees who are not adhering to its three-day work from office policy. In a memo sent by the head of people, employees were told that violations of the policy could result in disciplinary action, including termination. While Meta supports distributed work, the company is currently focused on providing a valuable in-person experience for those working from the office. Other tech companies, such as Apple and Google, also have similar policies in place.
