How to leave a group on Instagram

To leave a group on Instagram, follow these steps: On the mobile app, tap the message icon, find the group chat, tap on it, tap the group name, scroll down and tap "Leave Chat". On the web version, log in to your account, click the message icon, find the group chat, click on it, click the group name, click the "..." button, select "Leave Group". Keep in mind that leaving a group means you won't receive messages or see past conversations, and other members won't be notified. If you created the group, leaving it will delete it for everyone.
