Amazon may use AI to reduce delivery time, here's how

Amazon is planning to incorporate AI into its logistics operations to speed up delivery services, according to Stefano Perego, VP of customer fulfilment and global operations services for North America and Europe. The e-commerce giant would utilise AI and regionalisation to get products to people from warehouses close to them, as well as to analyse data and patterns, and allow users to buy physical products using its Amazon Anywhere platform.
